All right, the only thing I could think of is that there may be some debris or tiny broken plastic bits on either side of the RAM slot(s).

 

You want to look very closely, perhaps with a magnifying glass if you have it.

 

Other than that, there is no reason at least that I have ever encountered why RAM sticks wouldn't just snap in place...

Ok well didn’t work I’m planning on building a new pc anyway so I’ll just sell the gpu and stuff but thank you for trying
