i just had a new hard driver installed in HP ENY   soooooooooooo unhappy,,  First Best Buy just haned me reset pc,, so anythuibgd ENVY related i d k w t h is,,  because it a came out at same time w. windows 10    so  they ddnt set settings,,   need to take back   more complicated thn i thought and not fair , really,,    geek squad, could help,, but light on pc i can not get keyboard to light up,, that us the simplest of a million probs i having,,,,,          besides fav. page changing e. time i visit ,,   photos  ,, disapearing frome onedrive to  photos,  to pictures   and dropbox,,  have had a head ache all week,,,,, not right of best buy   i dont know what features are from my new Envy which wasnt cheap at that time,, windows 10 or EDGE......     thanks for leting me  vent iguess,  email [Personal Information Removed]
