can not find Base system driver, tried so many drivers searrching online but no success.

I have also followed your instruction but no luck

 

Hardware ID is:

PCI\VEN_103C&DEV_3307&SUBSYS_3381103C&REV_05

 

Can you please provide me proper link from where i can install the drivers

You need the HP ProLiant ILO 3 Management Controller driver.
