MY sound disappeared one day after running my Norton 360. Red "x" states "No audio ouput devicee is installed."

How can I find a replacement.  Thanks

@scarletsheltie, welcome to the forum.

When requesting help you should always include the make/model (i.e. p6-xxxx) of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.  When I know the model, I will be able to find the appropriate driver for you.  It sounds like Norton may have deleted a necessary driver.

Open the Windows "Device Manager", and look for "unknown device".

Expand the "Audio" section, and tell us what you see.
