The green light is on in back. I went through this about a year ago. I unplugged the power cord for 30 seconds. Pressed the soft button, then plugged it back up and it worked after being unplugged for over 4 years. Yesterday we had a power outage and this morning I repeated the steps. The green light is on in back , etc...no power this time. Any help?

A power surge could damage the PSU.   Replace it.

That seems to be the first thing people say. Replace it. It was doing the same thing a year ago.
