@Dhruv_9798, welcome to the forum.

There are only two links in your post.  However, the two that I reviewed have exactly the same specifications.  They are compared near the bottom of the page.  The only difference that I could see is the seller and the case design.  This could be the difference in price.  I believe either one would be great.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

I see THREE.

The first link has a 'https' in the middle of the hyperlink, which is unusual -- I have only seen it in a URL constructed by a "scammer" to try to make the hyperlink look like a valid hyperlink to an AMAZON web-site.

Splitting the text of the first link at that point, I see the same prefix: https://www.amazon.com/dp/  for all three, and then three different "suffixes":

 /B01MRLGZF0/ref=psdc_13896615011_t2_B01N1FYI9K
/B01N0DY7WV/ref=psdc_13896615011_t1_B01N1FYI9K
/B01N1FYI9K/ref=psdc_13896615011_t2_B01MRLGZF0

I have reordered the above suffixes (the 3rd suffix was originally posted as the 1st suffix), to show the similarity between the (original) 1st and the (original) 3rd suffix.

Actually, the three URLs can be "shortened":

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MRLGZF0/
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N0DY7WV/
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N1FYI9K/

and still reach the same 3 web-pages, i.e., the "ref=" only tells AMAZON on which web-page you clicked to reach the current page.

Reordering the words in the "title" of each description, I get:

2017 HP Pavilion 15.6-Inch HD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Core i7-7500U, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD,

NVIDIA GeForce 940MX  4GB DVD,       Backlit Keyboard,

HDMI, Windows 10, Silver,  7th, Graphics, Bluetooth,

2017 HP Pavilion 15.6"        HD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Core i7-7500U, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD,

NVIDIA GeForce 940MX  4GB DVD+- RW,   Backlit Keyboard,

             Windows 10 2.7GHz,   DDR3, 802.11ac, WLED-backlit

2017 HP Pavilion 15.6"        HD Touchscreen Laptop  Intel Core i7-7500U,  16GB DDR4,  1TB HDD,

NVIDIA GeForce 940MX 4GB, DVD-RW, Backlit Keyboard,

HDMI, 2.70GHz,  Memory, HD Webcam, 15t 15-au147cl

and using BOLD to show the in-common words, it confirms what the Other Person wrote, namely that only the colours are different.
