I can not log into Hive Fabric Client, a popup shows "Remote Desktop is unable to connect to the Remote Computer"... Several IT Tech Reps have tried to help me with this, but no luck locating the root cause... PLEASE HELP ASAP...

I am not familiar with that Fabric Client but I can offer some advice to eliminate possible problems.

Can you connect to another computer on the same subnet?  If the other system is enabled for remote access and you have the username and password you should be able to connect.

If you can connect locally then is the other system on a different network?  Normally RDP cannot connect over different subnets unless VPN is enabled as discussed here

If you were supplied with a VPN client it it working?  You need to be able to make a VPN connection.   If you can make a VPN connection then the Fabric Client should work.

Good Luck!
