Hello please help. I have a hp all in one desktop and I went to put it in a different room. Went to plug it in and now it won't start up, the screen just stays black. You can hear the fans moving and the power light is on but the screen won't light up and now it won't give any power to the mouse and keyboard. I have opened the disc drive and pushed it back in it sounds like it turned on because you can hear the disc turning... please help I have my music I have recorded on it and all my programs to record music as well as programs to make videos with.

@RICHARD_M1 -- when you physically moved your computer, you may have "jiggled" something loose, e.g., the video-card, or the RAM. Take your computer to a technician, who will "re-seat" all the components. Hopefully, that will "revive" your computer.
The worst case is that a "power-surge" when disconnecting or reconnecting the computer has "fried" some of the electronic components.
Maybe, just the "power" and "data" cables between your computer's motherboard and your disk-drive (with all your files/programs) have become disconnected. In another "worst case", I think that your disk-drive can be physically removed from your computer, and connected as a "secondary" disk-drive in some other computer, to access /backup your Personal Files.
