HP envy desktop 750-414
Just bought a new HP ENVY 750-414 and a HP 25es monitor. Hooked up all the cables. Both have power going to them, but only getting a blank screen.

Which input to the display are you using?

There should only be an HDMI cable and a power cable.

Have you used the onscreen display of the HP 25es monitor to select the HDMI input that you are using to connect the display to the PC? Select the input control selection and choose HDMI.

"You can access and make adjustments in the OSD menu using the buttons on the bottom side of the monitor's front bezel. "

Hi,

When you turn on the power switch to the monitor do you get any message on the monitor?

If you do not get any message at all I would contact HP support. Number is in the manual of the monitor.

Let me know,

David

There is no message at all. Nothing changes when I press any of the four buttons besides the power button.

I think it is a faulty monitor
