Kindly suggest the System with following specifications:

3) RAM: DDR4/2400MHz/16GB
 
4) Max Memory: 64GB
 
5) Memory channel: Dual
 
6) DIMM Slots : 4
 
7) Drives: 
 
     SSD: 256GB
 
    SSHD: 1TB
 
8) OS: Windows 10
 
9) Monitors: Should support minimum 2 Monitors with 24" Display each.
 
Please specify the System along with the cost.

@Amtronics, welcome to the forum.

 

This is a peer to peer help forum. The only presence that HP has on it are the Admins and the Mods. Otherwise, none of us works for HP.  With that said, here is a model that meets the majority of your requirements.  The memory is only DDR4-2133.  I couldn't find any that was DDR4-2400.  Here is the page where you can actually customize it to your needs.

 

If this model isn't what you need, I suggest contacting HP Customer Service for help.  They are actually the experts on their computer configurations.
