Product: HP T610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a HP T610 that connects to a Z230 using RGSender/Receiver. Once in a while it will disconnect. The only clue I have to work with is in the RGSender logfile and I see the message:

SenderDisplayImpl :: shipImageToReceiver: putImage call failed: TransceiverI.cpp:761: Ice::ConnectionLostException......

 

 

Any ideas?

 

We double checked the network link to ensure it is cat 6 certified.
