Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a all in on desktop 23-p100a, the touch screen has just stopped working, pc does not respond to touch at all. please help. thanks

  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Hi there, I tried all the trouble shooting tips nothing worked some how the touch drive just disapeared after I did a update. I've done a factory reset and all good now. Thanks

Hi @Cxnnierajnak, I am the @Chimney_83. It looks like you were interacting with @The_Fossette, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.

 

Thanks for the reply and glad that the touchscreen is working after a factory reset. It is very hard to isolate the reason why it occurs. If it was because of an update if you had performed a system restore as suggested the article shared, it should have fixed the issue instead of factory reset.
