Product: hp mediasmart ex475
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2003

I purchased a HP Mediasmart Server about 11 years ago and run it on my old XP Laptop. I eventually bought a new laptop which had Windows 7. Mediasmart was not supported on this platform so sold off the ex475 box and kept the hard drives which I put the away for about the last 5 years. I recently had a virus on my laptop and lost all my files, so I decided to pruchase an old XP desktop and purchased an EX490 server and try to run the mediasmart on that. After numerous attempts to get it to load I decided to take out the hard drives and try to load them direct to the computer via the cables etc. But when the computer loaded it required me to activate the windows 2003. It showed me an Installation ID on screen and a phone number to activate it. I called and when I loaded the installation id I was told that it was invalid and I required a product key. As I do not have the original box or product this has become impossible.

Can anyone help me as to where I am able to purchase a new product key as it is supposed to be obtained from HP and after numerous phone calls I amnone the wiser as to where I can get one from.
