After install windows 8.1 for 5 months, I find out that there are 2 problems in my PC.
1) USB3.0 does not work anymore. In device manager, it says that the drivers for this device are not installed. (code 28). I try to update driver, windows could not find driver software for my device.
On hardware IDs:
USB\ROOT_HUB30&VID8086&PID8C31&REV0005
USB\ROOT_HUB30&VID8086&PID8C31
USB\ROOT_HUB30
2)Error in Bluetooth (Broadcom 43142 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter): This device is not configured correctly. (Code1)
While I try to update driver software BCM43142A0:
Windows found driver software for my device but encountered an error while attempting to install it. This device is not configured correctly. (Code1)
Thank you for any help.

Your desktop needs drivers for an AMD usb 3.0 device. You have provided the hardware ids PCI\VEN codes for the Intel usb 2.0 hub.

Try the following driver
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?cc=us&lc=en&softwareitem=ob-135105-1
If no joy with that one, try the Lenovo Windows 8.1 driver on the following web document.

Thank you for any help.

Thank you Erico. But it does not work on my case.
Today I search internet, I find out that Windows update KB2984006 is the cause of this problem.
After I uninstall this update my USB 3.0 and Bluetooth are working again.
Here is the full thread if anyone else is interested:
Thank you very much.
