Hi Chen,

Yes, update agent works. Also an image gets created when executing the task, only the task deploy image then gets grey and says error.

What's the new error message?Could you please attach the screenshot as you attached in previous post?

 

Are you able to get console.log and controller.log

Console.log - ..\ProgramData\HP Device Manager\Console

Controller.log ..\Program Files\HP Device Manager\MasterRepositoryController

Server.log ..\Program Files\HP Device Manager\Server

In the Controller log i get this error

2015-04-16 13:34:11 ERROR Can't get MD5 value.

seems like hes going to the wrong path. But i already changed the repos path in Controller.conf.

My prolem is, that my ftp repos is in D:\Data\ftp\HPDM.

Is there a way to change the path?

Open DM Console, Navigate to Tools -> Repository Management

Double click MasterRepository and modify the path there.

Ok, its working now. I just had to change the ftp physical path. Changing it in the repository manager didnt help.

But thanks for your help guys!
