Upgrade 32bit to 64 bit Possible????

Is there any way to upgrade Windows Vista Premium 32 bit to Windows 7 or 10 64 bit OS?

I would like to give you my frank opinion about this.

 

As long as it is still running I would not change a thing.

 

Updating the OS may be all it takes for the old girl to stop working.

 

An eight year old PC that still works is impressive!
