Can the HP Elite Desk 800 G2 power supply be upgraded to accomodate higher end video cards?
If so what PS can it be upgraded too?
If not what is an equivelant business model PC that costs about the same price that can handle

Hello Profzoom,
Yes, you can upgrade the power supply in most EliteDesk 800 G2 units. I am not sure which series you have (Tower, UltraSlim, Desktop Mini, etc.).
Here is the link for the HP QuickSpecs for the EliteDesk 800 G2, with possible functional configurations.

Hope this helps!

In regards to your last post, I am also curious if I can upgrade the power supply, but I would need to do a third party supply. I'm looking at the Elitedesk G2 Tower. What form of power supply would this require? (IE, ATX, BTX, etc)

I am also curious about a PSU upgrade. What part number is the 400W upgrade (where to buy?)
What form factor is it? Can other 500W or bigger PSU's be implemented? Atm I cannot use high end video cards, which is what I bought the system for.

400w is the most you can get in the proprietary HP PS.
An aftermarket PS won't work due to the P2 pin to the motherboard and power to slim optical drive.
I've seen a post where they modded an aftermarket supply, but I'm not endorsing it.
