Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
The BIOS updates are linked to this page for your PC: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=3459245&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4054
You select the version of Windows you are running, and then, under the BIOS section, you download the BIOS for your PC.
But ... you need to check to see the version you are using at present. HP Support Assistant can tell you your current BIOS version.

I can't tell you which file to download because I don't know which OS version you are running.
But if you go to the page link I provided and select the OS version, you should see an entry with three BIOS download files.
If the top one is version 01.35, that is the one you should download and apply.
