Do you have another computer to test the card in to rule out any setting on your computer?
Also, go into the BIOS and change the Boot Order so your C-drive is at top. It seems that the computer spit out the error message when booting since the Z Turbo is set to boot before the C-drive.
My Z440 came with the old Z Turbo as a boot drive but i bought a G2 512GB Z Turbo a while ago and once i created a new volume in Disc Management it worked as a charm. I use Win 10, not Win 7. You can see my reults on the image below.
