web-site stop responing is the messages I get they and than reopen or I have to shut down and reopen this everyday since Window 10 was updated

I would tend to roll back to the previous operating system to see how it performs as a troubleshooting step.
If it works as it should with the original OS, it may be better to leave it the way it is.
Have you checked in the device manager to see if there are any devices that do not have drivers installed that are working?
Lots of "beef" to run Windows 10, well above Microsoft's "minimum requirements".
Are you using the new Microsoft "Edge" web-browser, or the Microsoft "Internet Explorer" (which also is installed in Windows 10) web-browser?
Do all web-sites have the problem?
Try the "easy" sites, e.g., 'www.google.com' or 'www.yahoo.com' or 'www.ibm.com' or 'www.bestbuy.com'
that always should be "up" and accessible to you.
