Ideally, I would recommend upgrading your processor to an i7-10700.

 

But these are expensive.

well ive saw youtube videos of other people using the came cpu and it works fine could it be my motherboard bios? because it got updated not to long after i got the pc

@Foavic,

 

Let's first backtrack a little if you don't mind.  Please confirm that you are using the ATX 24-pin to SATA power adapter card and your external power supply is powering and syncing your GTX 1080 just fine?
