I have an HP TouchSmart All in One (600-1315xt) and can only find 2 of the 5 USB ports. There are 2 located on the left side of the monitor, but can't find the other 3. Does anyone know how to access them?

Hello paula407, The 6 in 1 card reader shows it has: 6-in-1 card reader + 2 USB + 1 line-in jack
This suggest the card reader has only two USB ports in the front of the system and the other USB ports would be in the rear or side of the system.

Your model only has two available USB ports plus a 6-in-1 card reader. You will need to use a powered USB hub to give yourself additional usb ports without causing issues to your PC's motherboard.
