Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but a Domain is a Private Network -- and we would have absolutely no way of know what requirements the Administrator of that Network has placed on folks trying to join it.

I used to work from home, and joining my company's Domain required the use of a hardware encryption key that only they provided -- plus, I had to use an ID and Passord that they had issued to me.

You will have to contact the Administrator of the network domain you are trying to join -- only they will have the information you need.

Good Luck

one thing that has often caused problems was a computer whose time/date setup was beyond the required gap compared to the domain controller. i would make sure your time/date on the machine is correct and current

Unable to add Windows 10 Pro client to Server 2012R2 Domain

I am able to add Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 clients without any issues. However, I receive an error stating the network path could not be found whenever I try to add the Windows 10 client. I have verified all settings, including authentication credentials, DNS settings, and IP settings. All devices have both IPv4 and IPv6. All clients were added from the same network using the same settings (DHCP with DNS set to the IPv4 and IPv6 servers).

it sounds like you may need to go to a Microsoft Windows forum to help with this
