Product: 8000 Elite SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have lost my recovery disc, and did try the download links that I found here in the forum.

But Mircosoft has limeted the downloads to retail only.

 

Microsoft´s page requests the key before downloading, and when I enter my key they just tell me to contact the manufacturer of my PC.

Hi:

 

You will have to contact HP and order a set of recovery disks for your PC.

 

Call HP for the country you live in from the list of countries at the link below.

 

Have the serial number of the PC handy to give to the customer services rep.
