hp ENVY Desktop 750-514
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

DVD Drive hp HLDS DVDRW GUN1N worked for about 2 weeks, quit working when I looked it up on divice manager I see: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
