Windows did an update and now I have a flashing screen

Windows updated friday we went away and came back to the PC not working.

So the Screen Flashes after I get past the sign in screen. I have no really access while this is flashing.

I can get in to Task manager and the normal Ctr-Alt-Del thats it. The same in Safe Mode. 

If anyone has any surgestions would be great I dont really want to to a factory restore but I know its an option.

Did you make any software or hardware changes to your PC?

Have you checked in BIOS does the screen flicker?

Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.

Try updating the drivers using HP support assistant on your PC and check if it helps.
