We just recently bundled our Cable, Interent and Land Line with ATT. Our printer does not work now unless we turn it off and then on again each time we want to use it and then it doesn't stay connected very long. Has any one had any challenges in connecting with ATT.  Basically ATT said it was an HP problem.  We had no problem when we were with Spectrum.

I was given a number to call.  I called and they said I needed to call another number which was for Drop Box.  I called the first number again and this time they said there would be a charge of $300.00.   Now what?  Is there something that needs to be reconfigured in my ATT router/modem?
