I have an HP Pavillion All-in-One, (20" diagonal) that came with a wired keyboard & mouse  My son has the exact same computer, but 23" and his came with a wireless keyboard & mouse, same as in subject.  I really like the wireless feature, so I purchased the pair, with the USB from ebay.  It won't sync.  I searched YouTube and HP support, but I still can't get either keyboard or mouse to work.  Apparently, HP no longer carried either product.  They did chat with me, but I still can't get either one to work.  Any advice anyone can please offer?  Thank you very much.

Hello beckame,

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Here is a link to the HP troubleshooting guide for wireless devices. The video is a little long but very detailed about connecting devices to HP Computers.

I would imagine tech support already went through these same steps with you. IF so and it still does not work, something is physically wrong with the package you recieved from eBay.

Thats the problem with buying anything online from sources like that. You just dont know what you're getting into.

If neither keyboard or mouse will connect, chances are that the USB dongle is the wrong one or defective. In that scenario, both the keyboard and mouse will be useless because you cannot get another dongle to work with it.
