x4000b
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased and installed the x4000b bluetooth mouse. It paired fine but stops responding intermittently. I use a second mouse to go to the setup panel, select bluetooth, and see that the mouse shows as connected. I just click on that line and exit, and then the mouse is working again. What is the problem? I did see one previous posting that spoke of a "sleep" option on the mouse set up. I cannot find anything like that. Lastly, my HP Support Assistant does not show and is unable to find the mouse. Should it be able to?
