OK. I searched for the reset button on the motherboard (SW50 - which I reset a few times in succession for security).

Now the Power-On BIOS is working again, HP has to deal with the BIOS software problem:

DOES NOT reset all values ​​to the default !

Yes, Here is the motherbioard diagram.

#12  is the location of the "clear CMOS button".

Also you want to make sure your motherboard battery is good.

Not a bad idea to replace your battery if it is old. Using a bad battery can cause all kinds of bios problems.
