Please dont bother sending me badges, all I require is to have my product working...The more badges or post I send only indicates how poor the resolutions were, thus making me even more angry with HP..Just fix my printer that is all i ask.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Firstly, please download an run the following tool:

It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).

Regards.

Thanks that helped for one print, after that blue light was stable but laptop said printer offline, all i did was to swap paper for card, it pinted one line then stopped.

But at least that was better than Chimney 83 help, his efforts totaly screwed the printer.

I can now use the usb conection, but that is not acceptable, I have screen prints of the errorsno print.PNGtest print.PNG

Thank you so much for your help, you rectefied the faults that Chimney 83 suggested. I have now found the fault it is the blocked port on my firewall, I did ask Bitdefender and they told me to put in the IP address in the adapters allow field, this I did so I thought it must be the printer. So I do not know if you know how else to get Bitdefender to allow my printer without me having to disable block ports on firewall...But I will also ask Bitdefender but they are not as helpful.

I will click fault resolved after your reply any way but hope you can help as you seem the only one to have knowledge. Please feel free to pass on my comments to Riddle and Chimney so that they can gain the knowledge you have.
