Tp01-2096? Anybody got this new model with the integrated graphics amd vega 8 and the ryzen 7 5700g? Appears the psu is proprietary as is motherboard to hp. Only rated at 180w. Anyone upgraded graphics Card and or psu? If so how and what model or adapters used? Thx

you can certainly find it in the Hp parts store

but quite expensive, see if you can find it on third party sites using a search engine with the reference

That link is in like French don't speak that thx. I'm not wanting to stay with the hp proprietary garbage psu. I'm already found that option and yes too expensive. Wondering if anyone has found an aftermarket unit they made work? With that weird 4 pin motherboard connector and 4/6pin and data connections? In t he 450-650watt range. Thanks.

I don't know if you saw the same thing, because finally, the link is temporary, there is nothing more indicated
it was just for example, you can change the language

There are other solutions circulating, use of an external power supply box, if you cannot fit in the box, with, if I have read correctly, adapters for the connectors..
I only give what I am certain of, and which has already been indicated several times here, for the rest, I prefer not to comment!
I don't know if it's safe, reliable, without any risk!
See with @NonSequitur777  maybe

@amdhog72,

My friend, to stay on topic, an HP Expert's nationality is irrelevant.

I live in the US, and @Prométhée suggested you reach out to me.

Moving on, there are two main power conversion options available.

First, there are various so-called "ATX 24-Pin To 6-Pin Adapter Power Converters" made for actually quite a few legacy HP computers -and more coming every so often.  Not for your rig yet as far as I can tell.

Secondly -and the one option applicable for your rig: there are the "ATX 24-Pin Power Supply Adapter with SATA (or Molex) Connectors" which can be universally used most specifically to power high-end power consuming GPUs (see picture below with both options illustrated).

In my own experience with both options over many months of experimenting/trials with a number of legacy HP computers, I found that these power supply conversions are safe, reliable and effective.  In my admittedly anecdotal experience, I have yet to observe motherboard error messages, "hot spots", discolored wires, arcing, smoke, or any other undesirable electric or electronic malfunctions.

DISCLAIMER: The aforementioned power conversion options are not endorsed, assessed or approved by HP.  Apply these options at your own risk and please be advised that application of these converters will void any warranty on your computer.  As a matter of fact, unless a User is reasonably computer/mechanically-savvy, one should probably not attempt to apply any of these options.
