Mine is h8-1285d desktop computer with Windows 7 sp 1 64-bit. I've not updated my bios since i first bought my computer in 2012.

I've the same blue screen pop-up just like tm1033mm(posted on 12-15-2011) but different technical information:

*** STOP:0x0000001E (0XFFFFFFFFC0000005,0FFFFF800003084A1B,0000000000000000,0XFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)

This morning (1/14/2016), I have another blue screen pop -up

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer.  If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

iF problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.  If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000003b (0x00000000C0000005, 0xFFFFF88005E1DD22, 0xFFFFF8800DBE2120, 0x0000000000000000)

How should i go about to reduce blue screen pop- ups

This is a not a reply to the pop-up screen. Just a continuation of another BSOD today (1/22/2016). So far in 2016, 3 BSODs inclusive of the two posted on 01-13-2016.

The third blue screen pop-up-

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

Can someone with knowledge on BSOD, help and guide me to resolve these issues, once and for all?

Another blue pop=up screen appears again today (1/26/2016).

The fourth so far for 2016:-

I posted all these info not for show. It shows these pop -up screen genuinely happen at my end.

If nobody is interested to help and guide me, i'll keep posting all these pop-ups until somebody out there

is interested to guide me 'cos i've no knowledge on BSOD.

Did you get answer for where the cache and shadowing is at in the bios advance tab? Because I need it and cant find it, does not say anything about cache and shadowing.
