Hi! @Donna1963, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand that you get connection error while browsing from chrome on your PC.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Please try the steps mentioned below.

On your browser, click menu.
Select More tools > Extensions.
To turn off an extension, un-check the Enabled box. Check the box to turn it on.
If an extension has an icon in your Chrome toolbar, you can right-click on the icon and select Remove from Chrome to uninstall the extension.

If the issue still persists I would suggest you perform restore to defaults on chrome.

To find this option, click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper-right corner of the browser window and select “Settings”. Start typing “reset settings” in the search box. Settings matching the search term start displaying. Click the Perform a search for “reset browser” and you’ll see the Reset browser settings button.

The Reset settings dialog box displays, telling you what resetting your settings will do. Click “Reset” if you’re sure you want to reset your Chrome settings.

Let me know if this works!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
