Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Small Form
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

Been trying to download sp71230 from:

 

ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/HP_Driverpack_Matrix_x64.html

 

The transfer fails at about 250mb of the 900mb file.

 

I am on a commercial connection and getting approx 1.5mb for the download

 

This happens with any browser and also with fileziller

 

Mildly annoying to say the least.

 

Is there an alternate file or driver location I can try?

Try / Consider

 

Restart both router and computer.

Thanks for your advice, I tried both your suggestions, still doesnt work.

 

I also tried downloading from home and another site I work on.
