After an update, i am unable to print anything from my computer, however i can from my iphone still, code error 41 coming up - please help!

Hi! @ANNE28, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

 

I understand you are unable to print from your PC you are getting error 41.

 

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

Restart the Print Spooler On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon ( ), type admin in the Search programs and files box, and then click Administrative Tools.
Double-click Services.
Right-click Print Spooler.
Click Stop to stop the Print Spooler.
Click Start to restart the Print Spooler.
Restart the computer.

Try the print job again.
