HP ALL IN ONE PC 23.8"

I have just purchased the above mentioned product and am unable to make the @ key work.

On my old keyboard I would just  press the shift key + @ to get it to work, but  am having no luck

in whatever configurations I'm trying.  Can anyone enlighten me please?  Many thanks.

Microsoft Windows has support for many keyboards (Norwegian, German, Turkish, French) where some of the keys have different labels, and some of the labels are on different keys.

Within Control Panel, click "Regional and Language", and then click "Keyboards".

Remove the "unwanted" keyboard layouts, e.g., "Canadian Multilingual Standard".
