Hi,
When connecting a PS4 to my HP 2011x via HDMI I get the message "Input signal out of range Change settings to 1600x900 60Hz". I have set the PS4 to use 720p resolution, which is 1280x720, as the monitor manual says this is supported (preset 5 - 1280x720 60Hz).
Is there a way to persuade the monitor to use preset 5, or should I have a different setting on the PS4?
Thanks,
Dan

Hi,
The HP 2011x has a factory set resolution of 1600 by 900. This monitor only has a DVD-D connector so be sure to use a HDMI to DVI-D native cable or HDMI to DVD-D adapter. Only use one active video input to the monitor and set the PS4 to auto and see if the PS4 will negotiate an acceptable resolution.
Check the Sony PS4 for system updates.
