hp 23es
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

just bought this computer 4 days ago, bought the all in one package from wal-mart.   turn it on today, the 23es monitor dosent power up.   hook a old dell screen to the computer, now I am typing on it now.

changed where it was plugged in, hit the power button, nothing........plugged the dell screen in the exact same place, and its what iam looking at now.  Since I bought this at walmart, Id hate to have to return the entire computer, as Iam using this fgor my small business and have just got done loading all my passwords, vendor site, recipt template and all into it

@abovetherimkust,

Are you sure the wall cord is firmly plugged into the power brick?
