Touch screen very erratic on boot up, cannot use wireless mouse or keyboard

I understand you have touchscreen issues with your PC.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

As you mentioned the touch screen is erratic on boot up.

 

Try running system diagnostics test on your PC from F2 and let me know the results.

 

Refer this article to know how to run system diagnostics test on your PC.

 

Also, try updating drivers on your PC using HP support assistant and check if it helps.

 

Refer this article to know how to use HP support assistant.

 

If the issue still persists refer this article to further troubleshoot touchscreen issues on your PC.
