I need to activate My unlimited music store for which I need HP launcher. It is not installed on my Windows 8 laptop. Please help!

I'm sorry for the late response. HP Launcher software may be packaged in with the SimpleSave software. Do you have a SimpleSave device? 

If so, go here and choose your drive. Then download the software for it. Let me know the results when you get a chance 🙂

Hey, thanks for the reply but I am technologically backward. I don't have simple save device 😞
What do I do?

I see. Let's look a little closer at the Music service you're referring to. The only thing I found on the HP Launcher software was associated with the SimpleSave drive.  

What company is the unlimited music service through? Is it a website or an application? Do you get a message about 'HP Launcher' software? Could you take a screenshot of that? Here are the steps to take a screenshot.

Oh I see. Thanks for providing that screenshot! That helps a great deal. 

There is actually an HP Connected Music App on your computer. That message is prompting you to open it. Have you opened and logged in to that app yet?

To open it:

1. Press the Windows key + Q to bring up Search

2. Type in 'HP'

3. 'HP Connected Music' will be in the results on the left. It looks similar to this 

4. Then use your login information to access your account.

techinically the site says that the app will open but all the time only the web page pens telling me to use hp Launcher
