You really need to CALM DOWN and stop SHOUTING!!

If you're using the standard Win10 Start Menu, right-click on it and you will see a long list of entries, one of which is Control Panel.

The new search box is Cortana -- and if you'd go back and read the response I gave to your earlier post, I linked to some items that described Cortana and how it works.

This is NOT the community Win10 forums.  We are here to address HP-specific problems.

IF you need to know how win10 works, instead of shouting out requests, you should go through the stuff I linked for you in the earlier post.
