Hello, I wanted to ask about HP proliant ml350e g8 v2 ... I have bought a motherboard, PSU, case, CPU (e5 2407 v2) and when i turn on the PSU, nothing happens... I tried to connect different pins to turn it on, but it doesn't help. 
Only 1 green LED is flashing ... i have found that means - waiting for power. Is there any way to turn it on ? for example by making short circuit on pins by screwdriver ? .Thanks for all answers.
