hp support assistant does not detect my desktop pavillion elite

HP Recommended
pavillion hpe-235f
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed Hp support assistant, but it will not detect my pc a desktop pavillion hpe-235f anyone know why?

Try downloading the version at the following HP web page and installing it over the old version that isn't working for you.

I did what you directed but to no avail.  still does not recognize the computer.
