Hi:

If the one on the dc7900 support page isn't working for you, use the one directly from Intel...1st one on the list.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18718/Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-Vista-Final-Relea...

82567LM-3 is missing on the list. I checked this site yesterday, now checked twice.

"This download is valid for the product(s) listed below."
"Intel® 82567 Gigabit Ethernet Controller"    this is nearest but not exactly same.

thank you

Did you try it?

You never know unless you try...

If you extract the driver into its base components, you will see that in the PRO1000\Win32\NDIS61 folder, is the driver setup information file named e1k6032, and thererin lies the driver for the ethernet adapter your pc has.

Try this...

I like the free file utility 7-zip better.

The first file on the list is for 32 bit.

http://www.7-zip.org/

After you install 7-zip, right click on the Intel RAR file you downloaded and select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.

Have 7-zip Extract to:  and let it extract the file into its folder name.

After you have done that, go to the device manager and click on the ethernet controller needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.  Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the main driver folder 7-zip created.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

You don't need to drill down to the folder where the actual driver resides.  Windows will find it.
