Como puedo instalar en mi ordenador el controlador del chipset una vez ya está descargado en mí computadora, ¿donde tienen que ir las carpetas que me descarge?. y ¿como me las descargo?.

Hi:

 

Please use the following method...this is for installing Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows Vista....

 

Download the drivers from this link below (first or second file listed -- 32 or 64 bit as applicable).

Extract the files onto a usb flash drive.

 

With the flash drive and W7 installation media plugged into the machine, boot from the W7 installation media.

 

After you select the install now option, select the Drive Options - Advanced menu, then select the Load Driver option.

 

You should now see the storage driver files listed.

 

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

 

Follow the prompts and W7 should install.

Paul, will you please send driver for WINDOWS XP 64-BIT Intel 7 series/c216 chipset family sata ahci controller.  In the other subject, you had posted only for 32-bit.  I cannot post in the other link http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-Systems-and-Software/XP-SATA-drivers-for-Intel-Serie...
