Is there a pinout, manual or detailed photo of this motherboard? I can't find any info on this board and HP is not helpfull at all.

I did find a partial bord layout at a google search at        estaxe.com  search for      msi ms-7778 motherboard layout      

Hope this does someone some good. HP is no help at all in providing anything other than a waste of time.

Wally, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is the Motherboard Specifications page.  There is a good picture of the motherboard at the top of the page.  If you look at the sections titled "Motherboard layout" and "Internal connectors" you should be able to determine where the connectors are located.
