I just purchased the All-in-One 24-f1xx last month.  I followed the link to try to disable the action keys and enable the function keys but the action key selection is not available.  The function keys work if I press the Fn key before (F1-F12) but that's time consuming.  I purchased this computer for work but my efficiency is hindered having to take this extra step each time.  I talked to tech support twice but they weren't able to assist.  They offered to escalate my call but I would have to pay a fee.  I feel that's ridiculous for a brand new compute and something I thought was trivial.  Please help!!  Thanks.
