Product: HP550

Only just purchased it.   Been loading updates all day.  Light flashing on and off.  This is its first start up. Is something wrong

Could you post your full HP product model and product number as mentioned here > http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108  ?

 

Could you elaborate on your issue ? You cannot start the PC or what are these lights flashing ?  What is the problem ?
