Product: laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some times when I move my mouse the screen gets enlarge from 100 % and I have to modify it by clicking in the 3 dots in the uper right corner of the screen and clicking the minus key until i get it to 100%, this upens very often.

What can I do to remedy this problem.

Hi,

 

The problem is your fingers. Please use your fingers right way because when you move your fingers and also touch other finger(s) on touchpad can perform zoom function which makes screen bigger.
